What is your return policy?

YouAreTheUnique products mostly are small-batch handmade items, and variations in color, pattern, and size should be expected. We do not accept returns for products because of these irregularities, and we do not accept on textile as the cloth is cut. If you are unsure, please request a sample before ordering.

We want to make sure you are happy and satisfied with your orders. If you are unsatisfied and would like to return your order, you may return your(clean, unused, non-meter) product within one week of receipt for a full refund. Please contact support@youaretheunique.com or contact through our chat feature on our website first so we can send you necessary return details and address.

Please do not send anything back before contacting us first. Also, please kindly note that the customer will be responsible for shipping back the product. Once returns are received, we will process the return items and refund within 1-2 business days.

Cancellations

Can I cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel a recurring order, we need at least a 48 hour notice to try and stop it. Please email your request to  support@youaretheunique.com.

If the order has not been processed (meaning your card hasn’t been charged yet) or shipped yet, we may be able to cancel or edit your order, but we can’t guarantee it. If your card has already been charged and then you try to cancel, it most likely cannot be stopped and canceled in time.

If it has already shipped (meaning it has a tracking number), we cannot stop or edit it, but we are happy to help you start the process to return for a refund or exchange if you would like.

Please note as part of our return policy that customers are responsible for the return shipping expenses.
